Rain
I woke up this morning to rain.
What a welcomed sight. And smell. And feel (yep, I went out into the rain).
The drought here in California continues. But for these few hours at least,
the rain is here, and it feels like fall.

Is that an actual photograph? It looks almost like an illustration.
I’m glad you got some rain. We had rain, heavy rain all night. It was great. To us, it means the end of fire season. Hope you get lots more rain.

Thanks, I hope we do too. Yes it’s an actual photo. I was so excited By the rain, went out in my robe and slippers in the rain to snap the photo. LOL. I am glad to hear you had some good heavy rain. We all need it.
